T45 Jiujitsu has been the home of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in East Cork since 2018. Based at Ballinacurra Business Park in Midleton, we are centrally located for anyone living or working across the region - from Cobh and Carrigtwohill in the west to Youghal in the east.
Under head coach Ciaran Brohan, T45 has grown into one of the most respected BJJ academies in Munster. Our coaches have competed at IBJJF Europeans, Polaris, and Grapplefest - and they bring that same level of knowledge and attention to detail to every class, whether you are stepping on the mats for the first time or training for competition.
We offer classes for all ages and abilities. Adults, teens, and children all train in a structured, welcoming environment where technical development and community go hand in hand. It is the kind of place people join for fitness and stay for years.
